We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn, regularly priced* merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase. Our return policy is extended to 60 days November 15th- December 15th to accommodate holiday shopping returns. We understand that you need to try on your items to check sizing, please just refrain from getting them dirty or sweaty and keep the tags attached until you're sure you want to keep them. To initiate a return or exchange, just click the link below and remember to use the email address you used to place your order. There is a $5 charge for returns that covers shipping. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of a return.

Purchase $100 or more and we will ship your gear to you FREE! If you spend less than $100 we will charge you a flat rate of $8 to anywhere in the United States. Most orders leave rabbit within 3-4 business days and are shipped standard ground through USPS.

We do offer multiple expedited shipping options and processing if you are foaming at the mouth and can't wait to run in your rad gear. Overnight orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.

International shipping is available to most countries. International shipping costs depend on destination and service level . The customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We do not offer the ability to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees at time of purchase.

Regardless of your shipping situation, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been filled by the rabbit crew. Many of our packages are small enough to fit in mailboxes so please check there if you think your package is lost.

How to return the empty RePack?

Returning your empty RePack is easy and FREE! Flip open the pre-affixed USPS empty return label flap and fold the package according to the printed instructions on the RePack. (For the Small size, no folding is required). Then mail the RePack via any USPS mailing locations. (mailbox, leave for your carrier, drop at the post office, etc.)
