Monica, or MoD as some of her friends call her, is an expert in the running industry. Monica has the unique experience of being a runner, a consumer, a specialty running store owner, and a brand builder. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including holding various positions in brand management, product management, sales and marketing at adidas and Deckers Outdoor Corp. In addition to running rabbit, Monica helps her husband Joe run the local running shop and she tries to keep up with her two little boys. And Monica is very involved in her local community. She helps run the local youth running club, puts on various community "fun runs" and is one of the pillars of the local running community. But, wait, there's more. Monica is a lifelong runner who was talented from the beginning. She was the Oklahoma State Champion in the 1 mile. Twice! And she has a 2:57 marathon PR. Monica now spends her time on the trails running Ultra distances. She has completed three 100 mile races, Cascade Crest Endurance Run, Javelina Jundred and Vermont 100.
