Refund policy

Apparel Returns/Exchanges: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn, regularly priced* apparel for up to 30 days after purchase on domestic orders. Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. 

Shoe Returns/Exchanges: Shoes are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shoes in new and unworn condition are eligible for a refund. Any other condition shoe is eligible for a rabbit store credit. All footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.

*On international orders, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping and may send the items back using whichever shipping service they prefer.
